At more than eight hundred square miles, Orange is the largest county we cover, and its parking runs the full range — from one of the busiest tourist destinations in the state to onion-farm country. The theft picture is documented. Middletown police reported ten catalytic-converter thefts in a six-week stretch, committed on the street and in public parking lots between midnight and five in the morning, and the statewide trend has followed metal prices — rhodium and the other platinum-group metals in a converter climbed again into 2026, and a single cut can leave two to three thousand dollars of damage. Two things about Orange shape the physical job more than anywhere else we work. How long does a parking lot camera install take in Orange?

How is winter maintenance and camera cleaning handled?

Beyond the hardware, the upkeep is light — wipe a lens now and then, check the lot after a bad storm — and that is either something we handle on a service call or something we train your people to spot, so a lens crusted with road salt and spray does not slowly wash the footage out.

Is it worth running conduit now for a future gate or more cameras?

Usually yes, and it matters more in Orange because reopening a trench through rock or re-bedding one through muck is expensive.
