Warranty

At Abstract Enterprises Security Systems we offer a two year limited warranty that covers parts and labor based on normal wear and tear. Physical damage to the equipment, acts of god such as thunderstorms and lighting are not covered. Power surges are not covered, which means if your power goes out and comes back on, and all of your cameras and/or DVR do not come back on, it is not covered. Networking issues such as, changes with internet providers, new or updated router, smartphones, tablets and computers are not covered.
