TERMINOLOGY
Most disagreements over a cabling quote come from two parties using the same words differently. This is the vocabulary you need here, plus the terms that matter on a campus and near a state line.

Ask which rooms are controlled. On a life science parcel the answer changes materials, penetrations, access and price. Established at survey it is a line item; discovered at rough-in it is a delay.
Decide the backbone before the horizontal. On a twenty-five-building campus, which structure carries the main frame is the decision everything else hangs off. Getting it wrong is a trench, not an edit.
Use the compactness. Multi-site work here genuinely is easier than in a long county. Group the sites, book them together, and pass the efficiency on rather than pricing as though every building is an hour apart.

Wiremap and length testing is performed on one hundred percent of drops as standard. Full TIA-568 certification with a Fluke DSX-class analyser, delivered as printed and digital records per drop, is available as a priced line and is normally specified on campus, regulated and municipal work.
Both ends of every cable labelled against a scheme the port map matches, the as-built drawing, the port map, configuration notes and a digital closeout set. On campus and regulated work this is usually a contract deliverable.
Service, troubleshooting and callback work on systems not originally installed by us is billed at $195 per hour with a three-hour minimum. That rate applies to service calls, not to initial installation projects, which are quoted by scope from a free survey.
