LOCAL PROBLEMS
The wrong jurisdiction assumed. A job scoped against the town when the property sits in an incorporated village with its own building department, or the reverse. Costs a delay rather than money, but always at the worst point in the schedule.

Yes, after two checks. It has to be solid copper, and the jacket has to suit every space the run crosses. Copper-clad aluminium is turned away at delivery rather than found at certification. Materials stay under the supplier’s warranty; our labour warranty is unaffected either way.
Wiremap and length testing is performed on one hundred percent of drops as standard. Full TIA-568 certification with a Fluke DSX-class analyser, delivered as printed and digital records per drop, is available as a priced line and is normally specified on district, municipal and health system work.
Both ends of every cable labelled against a scheme the port map matches, the as-built drawing, the port map, configuration notes and a digital closeout set. On district and municipal work this is usually a contract deliverable rather than a courtesy.
Service, troubleshooting and callback work on systems not originally installed by us is billed at $195 per hour with a three-hour minimum. That rate applies to service calls, not to initial installation projects, which are quoted by scope from a free survey.
