Why is my Ubiquiti camera offline or not recording?

Usually a PoE/power fault on the run, a full or failed NVR drive, a network conflict, or firmware. “Offline” is often the camera losing its link to the NVR; “not recording” is usually storage. We diagnose and fix it — often in one visit, on systems we didn’t install.

Can the doorman and the board both view the cameras?

Yes — we set a live monitor at the doorman station and give board members or the managing agent their own secure the UniFi Protect app access for live and recorded video, with permission levels so not everyone has full control.
