Yes. Wireless sensors mount without running wire through walls, and the system comes with you when you move. We don't do electrical work or wall patching, so wireless is usually the cleanest choice for renters.
Yes. Most of our home security installs combine an alarm with cameras and a doorbell so everything is in one app. Doing it in one visit saves on labor.
Usually. If the existing door and window sensors are wired and working, we can often keep them and replace just the panel and communicator, which costs far less than starting over. If you're unsure, a $250 diagnostic visit tells you exactly what you have, and that fee is credited toward the work if you go ahead.
